We do not issue credit cards, nor do we represent any financial institution directly unless stated otherwise.

By using Max Rewards, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems
• Respect all applicable UAE laws and regulations

4. Reward Estimates & Disclaimer

All reward values shown in our app are estimates based on publicly available data, issuer terms, and your provided spend inputs.

• These are not guaranteed values.
• Actual rewards may vary depending on your card issuer, category definitions, caps, or promotional changes.
• We provide links to official card pages for validation and strongly advise reviewing the terms before applying or relying on our calculations.
• We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, losses, or missed rewards based on these estimates.

5. Third-Party Links

Our Services may include links to third-party websites (e.g., bank application pages). We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or offerings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Max Rewards (including text, graphics, software, algorithms, and brand assets) is the property of Apporater LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Max Rewards at any time, without notice, if:

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@maxrewards.net. Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion within 30 days and confirm the completion via email.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on estimated rewards.
• Your use of the Services is at your own risk, and all content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
